A: We have the professional QC team. They will fully inspect strictly each item before packing.

Q4: Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time? Do I need to pay for it?

A: To support your business, we can offer you free sample. No matter you are the old customer or new customer, but the courier charge is on your side. Sample Lead time: stocked item is about 2 working days. Non-stocked item is about 7-15
days.

Q5: What is the MOQ?

A: If you only buy one item, MOQ is 200pcs. If you order one container, you can mix it with different items.

Q6: How long is the production lead time?

A: Usually, 35 days after receiving the deposit. But if it is an urgent order, we will priority to your order and try our best to reduce the production lead time to 20 days to 25 days.

Q7: Do you accept OEM?

A: OEM is acceptable. We have the professional engineers team to analyze and discuss projects. They are not only able to give advice to customers, but also can design the package box according to customer’s needs.

Q8: What's your delivery port?
