A: We accept T/T / Paypal / western union 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for bulk order

For mold fee 100%

2. What is the delivery time ?

A: 1) 1-2 days if goods in stock

2) 10-20 days if goods out of stock with mold

3) 25-35 days if goods out of stock without mold

3. what kind of certificates you have ?
A: ISO/TS 16949:2009 , ISO14001.,WRAS , ACS , FDA, SGS, ROSH, EC1907/2006 REACH,

4. How to check the quality of the bulk order?
A: We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
and will provide quality measurement report, material data sheet for bulk order

A: please send us 3D drawing file, material , color , hardness ,quantity , the working environment of the product, and then we will quote well for you accordingly
