Manufacture Process

1 - Laser cutting

We use Laser cutting, which will meet your fine designs.

Shaping and Drilling

We cut glass in any shape you want, especially when it comes to flat shape, as long as your data is precise.

We can drill any shape of holes, starting from 2mm.

2 - CNC engraving for Edge & Surface

We process CNC engraving, which will meet your fine designs.

Edge Setting (1mm for example)

Edge is a critical factors of glass's shaping.

Because:

1. Polished edge prevents cutting your cute little hands from sharp glass margins.

(believe it or not, if you're cut by sharp glass edge, you can't find the wound but you just start bleeding).

2. Polished edge decreases the risk of impact breaking during transportation, as polished edge has no sharp & pointy parts to be impacted (especially for tempered glass).

3. Sometimes, polished edge may meet your need of module installation.

4. Just for good looking.

We offer various edge setting for your options.

We do straight edge polish the most and the edge face can be blurred and smooth-clear.

4 - Printing & Coloring

We process CNC engraving & Laser cutting, which will meet your fine designs.

Printing & Coloring

You may have special needs to apply color in the glass surface/backside, like background color, logos, & button icons, etc.

Coloring Method: Silk Screen Printing

Coloring Plan: Pan tone

Other Acceptable Coloring:

RGB / RAL /HEX, etc.

We use excellent quality print ink & oil, it can even stand high temperature / alcohol / acid / alkali.

Also, we can print half-transparent ink.

We specialize in silk-screen- printing. As long as you can provide precise color.

5 - Adhesive

Most of our buyers like 3M tape for glass adhesion for glass installation.

We recommend and use various genuine Adhesive Tape for normal glass installation.

Thickness with release paper:

0.16~0.17mm

Thickness without release paper:

0.12~0.14mm

Max operating temperature:

149°C

We recommend Optically Clear Adhesive, 'OCA' for buyer's need of professional screen installation
