L-shaped cartridge heater
L-shaped cartridge heater is a seamless metal tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube) placed in the heating wire, and the gap is tightly filled with crystal MgO which has good thermal conductivity and insulation. The two ends are connected to the power supply through two lead rods, and the gap is filled with MgO then shrinking.
Features of L-shaped cartridge heater
1. According to the environment in which the equipment is used, select pipes with excellent performance to meet the special requirements of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, long dry burning life, rapid cooling and heating.
2. The surface of L-shaped electric heating pipe adopts special process and seamless stainless steel to prevent dry burning explosion.
