Q3 : Pre-production sample--can I see?

• A : Of course! As your request, we make the pre-production sample for confirmation, then the bulk order will be started based on the agreement.



Q4: Pre-production sample--how long does it take?

• A : Once receiving the sample fee, material & design being confirmed, sample order normally takes 3-7working days. Express delivery usually needs 3-5 working days.



Q5: Sample fee--can it be refunded?

• A : Yes, normally we deduct the the sample fee from the bulk order. For the specific situation, you may need to contact with with our sales individually.
