OUR STAPLE FIBER PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.PTA and EG.raw materialfor polyester, are suppliedand loaded into eachstorage space.2.Polymers ： A polycondensation reactorcauses a chemical reactionwhich furns EG and PTAinto PET Resin
3. (Direct) spinning ： After PTA and EG transform into apolymier throuzh polymerization. itis moved into a spinning profess-
rather than a resin manufacturingprocess- where it is spun.
4.Spinning ： Polvester staple fibers in theform of string is made bymelting resin with heat andpushing them heat andpushing then
through nozzleholes with pressure.
5.Drawing ：Rallers are used to pall stapleGibers and streteh them to longsizes. Various processes suehas crimping are used
toenhance the properties ofbulkiness. svlishncss. etc.
6.Cutting ： Staple fibers that are wet withwater and ehemicals are driedwith a dryer and cut into regularlenzths to be made into
cottonform.
7. Packing ：They are package in setquantities and shipped.

About 240-260kg/bale, 20`GP: 10 Tons, 40`HQ: 23-24Tons.
