We have developed various of domestic technology advanced pipeline construction equipment: internal pipe welding machine, automatic external pipe welding machine, pneumatic internal line up clamp, external line up clamp, paywelder, pipe facing machine, pipe roller cradles, flame heater, totally eight series of 100 types of products. The products have basically covered most equipment requirements of the pipeline welding construction, and all the products are independently developed, designed with independent intellectual property rights.
With more than 10 years of development, the company's products have been applied on the west-east natural gas transmission project line-1, West-East natural gas transmission project line-2, West-East natural gas transmission project line-3, China-Myanmar Oil and Gas pipeline, Seninglan, Shan-jing Line-1, Sino-Russia oil pipeline-Moda Line, and the Sichuan East Gas transmission project. Precision cutting performance
Our pipe facing machines have advantages such as precise centering, powerful and reliable clamping force, strong and stable cutting plate, widely applicable range of thickness. The extreme high facing accuracy (dimensional accuracy ±0.05mm, beveled face roughness Ra3.2) and fast facing efficiency (1-5 miuntes ) totally match the best in the world.
First-class components configuration
The hydraulic parts of our PFM have adopted renowned world-class brands to ensure the hydraulic system has maintains a stable and accurate output to insure the finest quality finish.
Quality process control
We set strict requirements on all working processes for each part/component's production. There are 35 working processes from raw material inspection to metallographic analysis after material heat treatment, from dimension measurements of each production process to comprehensive assessments after hard chromium plating, we strive for excellence performance on each production process, we devote all our working pride to these jobs with a strong sense of responsibility to clients.
Carry out multiple beveling shape
The pipe facing machine can satisfy varies shape (v shape, j shape, mixed shape, combined inner and outer bevel shape) for any welding job with high quality, through changing different cutting holder, equipped with different cutter or using floating cutting rest to adopt the changes of ovality of pipe itself.
Pipe facing machine for claded pipe
The pipe facing machine can also achieve high efficiency beveling to nickel based stainless steel clad pipe, through setting different cutting plate rotation speed, changing the stainless steel cutter, mounted on stainless steel clamping shoe, increasing cutting coolant spray device etc. We have successfully completed several clad pipe welding qualification projects.
Each model of our pipe facing machines can make different bevel work for pipes. Only replace the related spare parts and change the mounted position of the cutting rest, thats enough for the pipe facing machine to satisfy different pipe sizes and wall thickness.
