FAQ
1, I'm interested in having a DIY gift box manufactured. Can I customize the design and have my logo printed on it?
Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customer's specific designs and packaging. You can basically define everything including logos, patterns, color etc., and we can manufacture your piggy bank based on our fully customized instructions.
2, Can I get a sample before placing the order?
Yes, we can send a sample for you to inspect. In fact, we always suggest making a sample for approval before moving forward with production. We think this is a good way to ensure everybody is on the same page, and we trust it will also avoid misunderstanding.
3, What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to be cost effective, we have set a MOQ, which is 500-1,000 pcs per style. Based on our experience, at this quantity, we can offer the most competitive prices to our customers, and this would also avoid many material surcharges which would drive the overall cost up.
4, What are the steps from development to order?
First, we need to receive your design or artworks, in PDF or AI format that's would be helpful. If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. Our graphic designer will provide your mockup within 20 minutes.
We can also send you printing templates for making printing artwork by yourside. Upon completion, we will send the mockup to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
