workshops and an annual processing capacity of over 30000 tons. It is a manufacturer engaged in the production of steel structure
engineering supporting components, producing H-shaped steel columns, steel beams, special-shaped steel beams, steel structure
bridges, power plants, and heavy steel components for petroleum refining, as well as various decorative metal components. The
company covers an area of over 50 acres, with a standard steel structure factory building of 21000 square meters and 5 steel
structure production lines, including 3 CNC slitting and cutting machines, 1 high-power laser cutting machine, 2 H-shaped steel
assembly machines, 2 gantry welding machines, 2 large T-shaped submerged arc welding machine sets, 2 straightening machines, 3
steel shot blasting and rust removal machines, and 1 new type welding and straightening machine. Among them, the heavy-duty steel
structure workshop covers an area of 10000 square meters, with a eaves height of 15 meters and a span of 24 meters in two
consecutive spans. It is equipped with double decker cranes, with 4 cranes of 32 tons (2 per span) on the upper layer and 12
cranes of 5 tons and 10 tons on the lower layer, which can meet the requirements for the processing and production of various
types of medium and heavy steel components. 100 frontline employees in the workshop, with an average monthly production capacity
of 2500 tons
