WHAT IS AAC?

AAC block production line developed and manufactured by Henan Zhengyi Building Materials Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is used to produce bricks/blocks. which is a light weight, multi-cell new construction material; the features include lower density, heat insulation, high strength, exceptional seismic performance, great work ability, good resistance to high temperature, maximum sound insulation and excellent adaptability. AAC is made from silicon material(silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement),which is widely used in building industry.

We have designed the Lime sand autoclaved brick complete equipment with unique processes as well as innovative mechanical and control systems. Autoclaved brick complete equipment line is very efficient in producing quality AAC block. Its integrated technologies have reached an international level.

HOW TO START THE PROJECT?

Henan zhengyi machine professional laboratory center will test the customer's raw materials to provide the formula design, we will also offer the customized plant layout and the related design documents. All the equipment will be debugged before the delivery. We'll also arrange professional project manager and engineers for site installation supervision and local training to ensure the successful production start-up.

 This is AAC block, ALC panel production line. The main raw material can be sand or fly ask. And the capacity is from 50,000M3 to 300,000M3 per year. The density of the block is 400KG/M3 to 800KG/M3 according to the buyers inquiry.
