Oil Pressing Production Line
Product Description
Process flow for oil pressing machine
Oilseeds---cleaning ,stones removal---(husking)---crushing---flaking---cooking---pressing---filtration---crude pressing oil.
1. Cleaning machine: adopt vibration cleaning screen to remove bigger and smaller impurities from oilseeds, specific gravity stoner to remove heavy impurities like stones, and magnetic separator to remove metal impurties.
2. Some oilseeds like peanut, sunflower seeds need husking, we need adopting husking machine to separate husk to get kernel to process.
3. For some bigger oilseeds, like soybean, peanut, to increase superficial area and convenient for pressing oil, cracking them into smaller pieces.
4. Flaking is breaking oil cell tissue to separate oil smoothly, adopt alloy rollers to prolong service life, with hydraulic fastening roller system,to ensure flake thickness is uniform, about 0.3-0.5mm.
5. Use steam cooker,heat with steam, with stirring blade, to make flakes become matured, and increase oil yield.
6. Oil pressing machine: Use spiral oil press to physically press oil from oilseeds, oil yield is high, residual oil rate in cake is low, cake quality is good.
7. Use filter to remove cake powder and other impurity from oil to make oil clear.

Packing & Delivery
Packing: Our oil machines adopt wooden case or power distribution cabinet and motors, reducers, and adopt solid packing for flanges, meters, valves,etc.
For all machines, after sand blasting and rust protection, also use film to keep cleaning before delivery, also fixing treatment to prevent rolling and collision.
Delivery: We have gantry cranes in every workshop for heavy machines, and forklifts for normal machines.
