Q:What certificates can you provide?
A:Currently we have CE and RoHS certificates.
Q:How long is your warranty period?
A:We provide 2 years warranty on all of our products.
Q: What logistics methods do you offer?
A: We are able to provide ocean freight (including some countries with dedicated logistics lines), express delivery (DHL,FEDX,UPS,TNT), air freight, or if you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can deliver the goods to your freight forwarder.
Q: What payment way we can choose to transfer money to you?
A: TT bank or Alipay.
Q: How can I track my goods after I sent you deposit?
A: During production, we will send you photos or video to show how them assembly in workshop, and send you photos before shipping,then give you tracking No. after sent.
Q: If I buy the lights from you, do I still need to pay duty tax here?
A: It depends on your country import policy. Different country its policy is different, some countries if small amount is no need to pay tax. And some area we can provide special shipping way which include your import customs clearance and duty tax, so better to ask with us.
