      Q1: Can I have a sample order? What's the lead time? 
      A1: Yes. Sample in stock: 1 -3 days, if out of stock, then sample will be ready in 3-7 days. 

            You may use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

      Q2: Can you design the inner color box for me?

      A2: Yes, we have a team with rich experience in box design and manufacturing. 

      Q3. What's the lead time for mass production?
      A3: It depends on the quantity and the season you place the order. Usually,

            the lead time of MOQ (200pcs) is about 10-15 days.

      Q4: Why Vacuum Package?
      A4: Exposure to the air is called oxidation and causes fresh foods to spoil. Our vacuum

            food sealer extract air from the package, seal and lock the flavor and freshness. 

      Q5: How do we save time and money?
      A5: Our vacuum sealer can keep the freshness for many kinds of food, 5X longer

            shelf life of food. Normally, most vacuum sealer can use more than 10000 times.

      Q6: What’s your term of delivery?

      A6: FOB, CNF, CIF, EXW, FCA or other popular delivery terms are acceptable.

            You may choose one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

      Q7: How about the shipment of order?

      A7: Send by express for small order, air shipping or sea shipment for big order. 

            FOB sea port: Ningbo or Shanghai, air port: Shanghai.

      Q8: What’s your payment terms?

      A8: 30% down payment, balanced amount paid before shipment or against B/L copy.
