Product Description
Carbon fiber (CF) is a new type of fiber material with high strength and high modulus fiber with carbon content of more than 95%. It is made of organic fibers such as flake graphite microcrystals stacked along the axial direction of fibers, and obtained by carbonization and graphitization. Carbon fiber is "soft outside and rigid inside", lighter than aluminum, but its strength is higher than steel, and it has corrosion resistance and high modulus characteristics, which are important materials in national defense and civil industry. It not only has the inherent intrinsic properties of carbon materials, but also has the soft processability of textile fibers, and is a new generation of reinforced fibers. Carbon fiber has many excellent properties, such as high axial strength and modulus, low density, high specific performance, no creep, ultra-high temperature resistance in non-oxidation environment, good fatigue resistance, specific heat and electrical conductivity between non-metal and metal, small coefficient of thermal expansion and anisotropy, good corrosion resistance, and good X-ray transmission.
