Machine introduction.
CD-6800E online brush cleaning machine is an online fullautomatic PCBA board cleaning machine,suitable for traditional washing water, no manual contact with cleaning agents, this equipment combines PCB board transfer technology with brush cleaning technology,multiple brushes in all diretions,front, back,left,and right. clean without dead corners, to ensure that the PCBA board meets the cleanliness requirements. It is suitable for cleaning the soldering surface of single-sided PCBA boards without wetting the front components.
Machine characteristics.
1. This machine has unique fuselage structure, stable performance and the highest cleaning effect in the industry.
2. Specially used for cleaning tin beads, flux marks and scratches.
3. Imported brown brush, anti-static brush, will not produce static electricity, will not harm the PCB board.
4. Suitable for PCB board with board edge (distance at least 1.5mm), width 10-300mm, thickened shrapnel claw to ensure that the PCB board will not shift during transportation.
5. Automatic coating system of cleaning agent: ensure that the welding surface of PCB board can be evenly coated with washing board water, without affecting the surface of other parts.
6. Disk brush + two rollers: Ensure that all directions of the PCB board are clean in place, without dead corners.
7. Cleaning brush height, speed (stepless speed) can be adjusted to meet different degrees of cleaning needs.
8. The waste generated by the work is automatically gathered in the filter box at the lower part of the machine for easy cleaning.
9. Driven by high-quality electronic speed regulating motor, the motor speed is stepless and adjustable, durable.
