We can supply various kinds of press brake tooling clamps. The mainly two types is normal type and fast type. We also can supply hydraulic clamps. In addition to the rapid clamping of the bending machine mold, it has the function of preventing the clamping of the mold and adjusting the uniform force of the mold.
Product Description
1. The fixture and the fixed surface of the machine tool are designed with a safety groove, which can avoid accidents caused by the fixture falling off when assembling and disassembling the fixture.
2. The wedge angle for adjusting deflection is of self-locking design, and the fixture will not shift after being compressed for a long time.
3. The stressed parts are made of 40CR material, and the hardness after quenching meets the requirements.
4. The screw of the locking platen adopts the fine-tooth screw with spherical contact, and the adjustment precision meets the requirements.
5. The pressure plate for pressing the bending knife adopts the hook design, which can prevent the knife from falling off even when the clamp is loosened.
6. The design of rotating handle compensates the thickness error of the mold, so that the mold is compressed.
7. Elastic polyurethane can be added to the pressure plate.
