The machine is a newly developed approved product targeting at various types of mesh and wood keel plywood , etc according to the demands from market and it is mainly applied to the welding of various metal mesh products.
The equipment adopts high power direct welding adaptor, which can dramatically increase the single-head welding points compared with the traditional current welding adaptor.
Being controlled by PLC and servo motor, it can automatically finish the whole process of automatically arranging production lines, automatic conveyance, automatic welding, and automatic discharging.
With the advantages of reducing the number of operators for production, high production, high production efficiency and stable welding performance and so on for the welding of flat with standard specifications

Packing & Delivery
Packaging: pack one pump in one plastic bag,then put it in one thick paper carton, then heap up them on the plastic pallet, wrap the plastic pallet and cartons with plastic membrane then bind the cartons with plastic packing belt. Lead time:about 10-20 days after receipt your 30%T/T for deposit

1. Within one week after receipt of the goods, if customer use the products in correct method, and find any problem of performance or construction with obvious evidence,we will be responsible for replacement or other discussing solution between us.
2. But if customer using method are not correct, or customer disassemble our products privately, we will not responsible for any problem or defective points of products.
3. If you meet any questions of installation or debugging, please inquiry us anytime, our Engineer will provide technical support in time, or we will help you to resolve the technical failure through online video.
4.Any damage from transportation, we will solve the problem according to the responsibility standard of INCOTERMS.

2. How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
Always final Inspection before shipment;
3. What's the standard hydraulic oil and its working temperature?
Under 70 bar pressure, use hydraulic oil viscosity 30-50CST in temperature 40℃. Working temperature 15-16℃.
4. How to adjust the pressure through the pressure adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, increase pressure; counter-clockwise rotation, decrease pressure.
5. How to adjust the displacement through the displacement adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, decrease the displacement; counter-clockwise rotation, increase displacement.
6. What's the possible reason if there is no oil output?
1) The shaft rotating direction is wrong.
2) Sauction oil pipe was jamed.
3) Vane was locked in the rotor,can't slip out from rotor.
