1.      Do you provide free samples?

Free Sample available if we have products in stock, but the customers have to pay the extra custom cost and the courier cost.We can reduce sample cost from further order according to your quantity.

2.      Can you customize the product?

We support custom logo for at least 100pcs, Custom colors at least 300pcs. Custom color box at least 500pcs.

3.      If you can offer OEM&ODM Service?

ODM&OEM service accepted, including selections on size, materials, design, packing method, etc., according to your requirements. Logo and brand customization also are available.

4.      How do we make the payment?

Alibaba trade assurance (same safe as Paypal), T/T (30 % deposit, 70% before shipping or against B/L copy), L/C AT SIGHT, Credit Card,PayPal,Western Union,Cash,Escrow.

Pictures of the products and packages will be showed to you before shipping.

5.      What is the production lead time?

It's usually 20~30 days for small orders. For large orders, it depends on your quantity. We have experiences of dealing with

largeorders. We can ship the goods at the required shipping date, not later or earlier.

6.      How do you control the quality?

We have full time QC. We supervise and the control the quality of every order. We will check the quality at least 3 times, at the start of the production, when half of the orders are finished, and after all the products are packed. Any unqualified products will be prevented from shipping.

7.      Which Kinds of certification would u provide ?

We could provide LFGB,BPA Free, CE,BSCI and so on. Large quantity can pass under test standard . but please check with supplier each time if small quantity or stocks can pass those test or not.

8.      If we can visit your factory?

      Yes, we are warmly to welcome your visiting to our factory and inspecting goods before loading.
