Q: Are you a factory or trading company? |
A: We are a manufacturer which is professional in hydraulic adapters and fittings since 2004. And we located at Fenghua, Ningbo. |
Q: Do you provide free samples? |
A: Yes, we can, if the items you want to get are in stock, we can provide 2 pcs of each item as free samples for your testing. If not, please contact me and discuss it later. |
Q: How long is the lead time of the samples? |
A: If the samples are in stock, we need around 3 days for ready. |
Q: How about the lead time of a order? |
A: For a stock order, we need 7 to 15 working days, and for a production order, it needs around 30 to 45 days. |
Q: How about your requirement of MOQ? |
A: For products in stock, we don't have the requirement of their MOQ; if not, the MOQ will be required according to the size of product. |
Q: What is your payment term? |
A: We usually do 30% payment as a deposit, and 70% balance with BL Copy. If you have your idea of it, we can discuss it later. |
