A4:Firstly,we will talk about details ,we know what question is important to know what you want.we also are willing to use our
experience to realize your design or what you just want in your mind.
Secondly,we will make samples for you.after you get the sample,you check,confirm ,then we produce according to the sample.
Thirdly,we have strict produce system ,to ensure the quality.
Q5:What information do you need to quote for me ?
A5:Size,material,structure,printing,Surface treatment,quantity,better with artwork file.if artwork format is AI file,that would be
better.
Q6:I don't have any idea of the product design, could you do that for me ?
A6:Yes, we could design for you.
Q7:Could I get sample before I decide to place an order ?
A7:Yes, for some product ,sample is necessary,if you have not confirmed the proofing ,we won’t produce.
Q8:Do you require any deposit before mass production ?
A8:Yes, 30% to 50% deposit, balance would be paid before shipment.
Q9:If I found some quality problem after I received the goods, could you arrange the replacement for me right away ?
A9:If the quality problem caused by us, we will arrange replacement right away.
