Product parameters
1. Support customization of microfluidic chip processing (CNC processing) for PMMA and PC materials, as well as injection molding customization for COC/COP materials (as there are currently no sheets available for mechanical processing);
2. The minimum customized channel size for PMMA material is 100um width/50um depth, while for PC material, the minimum customized channel size is 200um width/50um depth; The minimum customized size of cyclic olefin materials is consistent with PMMA;
3. If you need to withstand high temperatures similar to PCR applications, in addition to choosing high Tg materials with cyclic olefins, you can also use PC material chips (resistant to 100 ℃ or above), and if you need to withstand ethanol, you can also choose PC materials;
4. PC materials can achieve thin film bonding (0.13mm/0.2mm/0.3mm/0.5mm, etc.). If you need high magnification observation, you can choose it, or you need good cold and heat conduction, etc. The overall thickness of PC microfluidic chips can be as thin as 1mm after bonding;
5. The bonding of the chip can withstand fluid driving pressure of 3 bar or above, while the microfluidic chip made of PC material can withstand pressure of 7 bar or above;
6. Chips can be customized with 1/4-28UNF threaded joints for easy connection of PTFE or PEEK hard pipes, or adhesive steel needles can be used for easy connection of hoses (we have all the necessary accessories);
7. Chip customization requires you to provide drawings or hand drawn sketches (clearly express the meaning), and we will provide formal drawings for your confirmation free of charge (CAD or Solidworks documents);
