Glass fiber reinforced nylon PA6(High Gloss PP Granules) is made of PA6 resin and filled with 10-35% glass fiber. It is a high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Also, the material is dimensionally stable with high heat deflection temperature, good electrical insulation, good surface smoothness, easy molding, and other advantages.Due to its better toughness, PA66 plastic pellet is one of the most widely used climbing hands, automotive structural parts,aerospace in the world. This material has high strength, high stiffness, high impact resistance. widely used in automotive parts, electronic appliances, power tools, gears, mechanical parts, and other fields.
Glass fiber reinforced PA66 can greatly improve the physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance, dimensional stability and creep resistance of PA66; while mineral filling can significantly improve the warpage of product molding, product dimensional accuracy, surface finish and reduce costs. Fiber and mineral composite filling to obtain the complementarity of the two properties.
