Q2:Can I get a sample before placing an order?

For non customized sample,we will offer free sample but charge for Express fee.

If need customized sample,we will charge for sample fee and express fee.

When you place bulk order,we will refund you sample fee.

Q3:I don't have any drawings.Can you design for me?

Yes,you can send me your ideas and suggestions of the design you want.Just tell us your ideas and we will help you realize it.

Send us high resolution images,your logo and text,tell us how to layout,we will send you finished files for confirmation.

Q4:What are the regular colors of the product,can it be customized?

Regular colors are pink,emerald green,purple,blue,white,black,silver.

Colors can be customized,such as Pantone colors,MOQ is 500 pcs

Q6:Can I customize my own logo?

Yes,we can customize the logo.One is placed on products,with stickers and aluminum logos.

Another is put it on top of the packaging through stickers or printing.

Q7:When will my order be shipped?

Usually the production time is 15~20 working days.If your order is urgent,we can also arrange it as priority.

Q8:What's the payment term?

You can pay by TT,Western Union or Alibaba trade assurance order.

Order amount within USD 2000,full payment first.

Order amount between USD 2000 to USD 5000,50%deposit,50%balance before delivery.

Order amount more than USD 5000,30%deposit,70%balance before delivery.

Q9:How do you pack the goods?

We will put the products into carton box,and the outer carton will be fixed with tape or green woven bag.

Q10:How to start order with you?

For the stocks,you can place order directly.

For customized orders,let us know your requirements or application.

And we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Then you confirms the samples and places deposit for order.After all,we arrange the production of the agreed product.
