A: We are honored to offer you samples, but shipping fee charge is required.

A: 30% deposit, 70% balance pay before shipment. (over 1000USD) Full payment for less than 1000USD

A: We can offer OEM&ODM Service.meet your special needs.
Q: Which certification do you have?
A: Our products have passed the CE, ROSH, and could pass EN71, REACH Certification for optional, for more details, please contact our service.

Q: Do I need to pay mould fee, for same product second order?
A: For mould, we normally keep it for 2 years, and if you do order constantly, we’ll maintain it, and no, you don’t need to pay for mould fee.

A: No, we offer artwork for free, if you are not sure what effect would you like to have, just let our service know it, they will show you the artwork effect.
