Step 1: 130L Cake mixer
130L cake mixer are one of the main parts during the whole bakery process, if can be put full egg into mixer, no need divide into egg yolk and egg white.
The method of full egg mixing is same with egg division, the taste is fine, dense, moist and elastic, the specially made egg ball makes the cake stable in organization, good in color and taste.
Areation mixer
In the process of inflation, the mixing head continuously trims the product through the high-speed operation of the motor, there are circulating water paths inside the rotor and stator to cool the heat generated at high speed so that the cake batter structure will not be damage.
Intelligent control
Touch screen operation interface, parameters can be set freely, and formula can be memorized and stored.Finished product quality control. the cake raw material is quickly stirred and whipped, and transported to the cake filling machine through the feeding tube. so that the batter proportion is consistent and the production standard is unified.
