A1: We are factory specialist in household appliances for over 15 years.

Q2: Can I get samples for test? 

A2:We can supply one  free samples (total value under 30 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.·If the total value of samples is more than 30 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

Q3: What's your MOQ? 

A3: 500 pcs per product, we can design the control panel  ,gift box , master carton, operating manual  with your logo   for you . 

Q4: What's your payment terms?

 A4:T/T payment.30% as the deposit, 70% of the balance payment before shipment. Or any payment term to discuss.

Q5: What's your production capacity? 

A5: Low end range 800-1000pcs per day, high end range 2000-4000 pcs per day.

Q6: What is the lead time?

A6:It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7: Do you sell spare parts?

 A7: We only sell spare parts together with full product order

Q8:What is your terms of delivery?

A8: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q9:Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package? 

A9:Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton,operating manual . We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want to print your logo on our products and packing for free.

Q10: What's your guarantee period? 

A10: We will provide 1% F.O.C sapre part for the parts which usually damages  to you ,as the guarantee .
