Description
A semi-automatic silk screen printing machine is a printing tool that uses screen printing technology to apply graphics, designs, and patterns on a flat or curved surface. It is operated by an individual or a team of operators, unlike the fully automatic screen printing machine that is programmed to work without human intervention.
The semi-automatic screen printing machine has a tabletop design and consists of several components such as a screen printing table, ink squeegee, and a screen printing frame. The printing table is used to hold the substrate that requires printing, while the screen printing frame holds the prepared screens with ink-blocking stencils that allow ink to pass through onto the printing target.
The semi-automatic silk screen printing machine has manual and automatic controls that make the printing process much easier. Manual controls include the loading of the substrate, applying ink on the screen, and drawing ink across the screen using a squeegee. Automatic controls include a mechanism that moves the screen printing head to the correct printing position.
