1. How do toys make sounds?
Just pull off the insulating film underneath and shake it, it will simulate animal sounds
2. Why doesn't it make a sound when the insulating piece is removed?
If you pull out the insulating piece without making a sound, don't pinch it hard, it will cause the battery to be misaligned, you can slowly sense the position of the battery and then set it right
3.How long does the battery last?
Under normal conditions it can be used for about a month, the battery is not replaceable
4. What if a feather falls out?
Feathers are selected from the original feathers, may be transported in the road encountered, not a quality problem!

For stocked products: sampling time is 3-7 days and mass production time is 60-70 days. This depends on the quantity and whether the design needs new screen printing, model, material etc.

Shipping cost shall be covered by the customer.
(1) For small orders, we can send goods to you via couriers, such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc. We have long term of cooperation with them so that the price is good.
(2) For large orders, we could ship the goods via sea and quote the price to you. Whether to use our forwarder or yours, it depends on you.
7.How about the price? Can you give me a discount?
The final price depends on the product specifications and the quantity you need. We will provide you a reasonable quotation after receiving the full description of the items you want. Large quantity, cheaper price.
8.Can I have the logo on the products?
For OEM and ODM products, the answer is YES. It can be done based on your design. But for our brand products, we prefer to use our own brand.
