Excellent Waterproof
Brofit's engineered wood flooring has excellent waterproof performance. Before each batch of goods is produced, waterproof testing is conducted and then put into production to ensure that we provide customers with the best waterproof products.
Deformation Test
Brofit's multi-layer engineered wood floor adopts a combination of 7 or 9 layers of core boards that are crisscrossed into a network and laminated, allowing various internal stresses of the wood to adapt to each other between the layers, ensuring the flatness and stability of the wood floor. It has good compression resistance and the board will not deform due to heavy pressure.
Wear Resistance Test
The wear resistance of Brofit flooring is more than 10 to 30 times stronger than that of regular flooring. The surface is coated with high wear resistant UV paint, achieving high wear resistance while maintaining high transparency and maintaining the original wood grain texture.
Environmental Performance
In terms of paint selection, we use a more environmentally friendly water-based paint, with a VOC content close to zero. In the company's continuous experiments, we have adopted the immersion method, which allows the water-based paint to be better impregnated on the epidermal layer, successfully solving the problem of poor adhesion of the water-based paint, while still maintaining the same excellent wear resistance as UV paint.
