Precautions:
1. When argon arc welding, it is recommended to use large flow and low flow rate airflow to ensure that the welding pool is well protected.
2. Thin plates adopt I-shaped grooves; thicker plates adopt V-shaped or X-shaped grooves and need to be padded.
3. Use flat welding position for welding. If pulse arc welding equipment is available and the welder has good operating skills, welding in other positions can also be performed.
4. It is not recommended to use this kind of welding wire for gas welding, because there will be aluminum oxides in the welding pool, which will affect the quality of the weld.
5. Remove the rust layer, moisture, oil, dust, etc. from the welding parts.
