The default configuration for the sample order is:
9-24vac/dc, CR202 wiring, with position indicator & manual override, cable length 0.5m, white actuator.
Wiring Methods:
CR202 wiring (with failsafe feature):
1. Red wire connects to positive +
2. Black wire connects to negative -
3. Switch to be installed in line with the Red wire
4. Once opened or closed the actuator will not continue to draw power due to an internal cut off.
5. Capacitor Return Fail Safe - the actuator requires a minimum energized cycles of at lease 60 seconds to ensure the internal capacitor is fully charged and has enough power to close the valve completely.
Without a minimum of 60 seconds powered the capacitor may not maintain enough power to auto return the valve to the closed position, the valve may result in partial or incomplete closures.
*Please specify a fail position when ordering.
Failsafe Closed = Normally Closed(NC)=Power ON will OPEN - Power OFF will automatically CLOSE with reserve power.
Failsafe Open = Normally Open(NO)=Power ON will CLOSE - Power OFF will automatically OPEN with reserve power.
