Product Description
Ansen pipe repair bandage is a fast curing tape composed of flexible fiberglass cloth impregnated with water activated
polyurethane resin.
Our repair bandage is mainly used to repair, reinforce and protect oil, gas, water etc pipeline. It adheres to metal, plaster,
pvc, copper, rubber, concrete, wood, ceramic etc. It can be applied on cracked, fractured, corroded, damaged and leaking
pipes,around difficult shapes including straight lengths, tee and elbow joints.

Steps
1. Shut off the pressure and isolate leak. Clean, degrease and abrade substrate around leak site.
2. Knead the putty until a uniform mixture completely.
3. Apply mixed putty immediately to fill in leak area and firmly press putty into defect. It’s better to do next step after 24
hours because it takes 24 hours for the putty to fully cure.
4. Put on gloves supplied with the b Immerse bandage into water for 10 secs.
5. Wrap the bandage tautly around the leak area,extending 50 mm on each side of the damaged area. The whole operation should be finished in 3-5 minutes, otherwise the bandage will be harden.
6. After wrapping bandage, spray water on the surface and smooth the surface to achieve good adhesion
