 Overview of concrete repair motor

The concrete repair motor is based on the ternary composite system of ultra-high strength sulphoaluminate mud, silicate cement and gypsum. The dry-mixed material made by adding polymer, organic fiber, many kinds of admixtures, and quartz sand can be used by mixing water according to the prescribed proportion on the spot, which is suitable for repairing the ten base surfaces of concrete with different thicknesses. 
 
Performance and characteristics
1. The dry shrinkage rate is less than 0.04%, the original concrete generally has a long age, and the dry shrinkage rate of long-age concrete is very low. For example, the dry shrinkage rate of the repair material is too high, which is quite different from the deformation of the original concrete under load, which is bound to cause emptiness and even fall off in serious cases.
The better compounding of the ternary system studied by our company for more than ten years makes this material have moderate micro-expansion and low dry shrinkage, which can be firmly combined with the original concrete base surface, which is a necessary performance of repair materials. but it is also difficult for many repair materials to do.
2. The tensile bond strength is 21.5MPa; only the firm combination of the repair material and the original mixture can achieve a better repair effect of the mixed soil, which requires the repair material to have a higher tensile bond strength, and the addition of polymer ensures this index and improves the flexibility of the repair material.
3. Scientific ternary system compounding: low water-material ratio; the addition of organic fiber and polymer effectively ensures the crack resistance of the repair material.
4. Good anti-freezing, anti-seepage and anti-corrosion performance.
With the compounding of the scientific ternary system, the micro-expansion function of repair materials, the measure of low water-to-material ratio, and the addition of polymer improves the compactness, frost resistance, impermeability, and corrosion resistance of repair materials.
5. Adding high molecular polymer and using quartz sand as aggregate greatly improves the wear resistance of the repair material.
6. High strength in the early stage.
The flexural strength can reach more than 3.5MPa in 6 hours, which is of great significance for the emergency repair of concrete pavement, and its 28-day compressive strength can reach 35-50MPa.

Construction method
The treatment of the base surface is to be repaired.
a) the pine animals, oil, paint and other sundries to be repaired must be cleaned.
b) the sand or freeze-thaw base surface to be repaired shall remove all the damaged parts of the base surface until a solid foundation surface is exposed.
c) the compressive strength of the base surface to be repaired should not be less than 10MPa.
d) when repairing the base surface of newly poured concrete, the age of newly poured concrete: the use of Portland cement should be more than 28 days.
2. It takes more than 14 days to use sulphoaluminate cement.
3. After the base surface of the proposed repair is cleaned, the base surface will be fully moistened by watering, but there shall be no clear water during the repair.
4. No interfacial agent shall be applied on the repair base.
5. This material should be added strictly according to the water-to-material ratio specified in the specification and should be stirred mechanically, not manually.
The layered pressure method can be used in the thin layer repair of this material: when the horizontal plane repair thickness is large, the vibration wiper can be used; when the thickness is very large, the plug-in or flat plate vibrator can be used, and the aggregates with different particle sizes can be added according to different thickness. The proportion of aggregate is 10-50% of the repair material, and the ratio of water to material is moderately reduced according to adding aggregate.
6. The suitable working time of this material after anti-mixing with water is about 40 minutes at room temperature, and the damaged and mixed repair material should be used up within 40 minutes; when the material is not used up within that time, and the material will be initially solidified, it is not allowed to add water for re-use and Calendering when required.
7. The repair material should be layered and pressed, and the last layer should be flattened.

Storage
1. The packing bags are paper-plastic composite bags, each with a net weight of 25kg.
2. It should be stored in dry explosion ventilation; pay attention to moistureproofing.
The shelf life under this condition is 3 months.
