* Feeding Day Tracker Band And Thermometer ➤ The jar comes with a feeding date tracker and a thermometer are great additions. The feeding date tracker band is a satiny material rubber band that would be easy to slide and remember when to feed the starter. And the thermometer band can help you determine where best to store your starter.
* Silicone Lid & Cloth Cover ➤ Our container jar has choices that can be sealed or not. For example, The lid can be sealed tight for storage, when need to store the starter in the fridge for a week or more, we need to seal the lid off. The silicone cover can be used as both a lid and a base. Additionally, during the initial fermentation, we should always use a breathable cloth with a strong elastic band, allowing good airflow in and out of your jar.
* Fermentation Jar ➤ 34 oz wide mouth starter jars are made of strong food-grade glass. The large opening makes it easy to clean, or add flour and water, stir the contents and remove the starter when needed. The starter glass jar is good for being able to monitor the starter. It's a good size for the starter.

Glass Jar Instructions
Maximum temperature resistance of glass jar: 120℃
Instructions for sterilizing glass jars: Put the glass jar in cold water, boil it for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and wait until it cools before taking it out for use. (Do not put the glass jar in after boiling the water). You can also put it in a disinfection cabinet for sterilization.
Note: The glass jar is resistant to high temperatures, but it must not be hot or cold. It needs to be heated gradually to preheat the jar body.
