We are a family-owned business and located in Changzhou, China and Auckland New Zealand. We have been making the best plastic extrusion products and services to our customers since 2000. We are specialized in the production of new environmentally friendly plastic products with lead-free additives. The current capacity is over 500 metric ton per month. We are specialized in the production and management of new environmentally friendly plastic profiles. We use PVC as the main raw material and lead-free additives as auxiliary materials to produce polymer modified PVC profiles. This technology is a systematic and mature production process developed by our professional and technical personnel for many years. The company can design and produce various products according to customer requirements. We can also produce PVC plastic particles of various quality and colour extrusion and injection moulding according to customer requirements.
We have several sets of fully automatic single-screw and twin-screw extrusion production line and advanced heat transfer printing equipment and embossing equipment. We currently have several master degree staffs in chemical material structure and plastic moulding engineers. Our products have been exported to Europe, America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.
Our main products are high-quality lead-free PVC profiles (curved sheets, co-extruded foam profiles, triangular brackets, L splash guards); tough lead-free PVC curtain slats (3.5 inches vertical blinds, 2-inch blinds, hollow shutter curtains, foamed imitation wood horizontal blinds); traffic roading profiles (road post, triangular columns, highway S anti-glare panels).
