Egg Grading Packing Machine
The egg grader can automatically distribute the eggs to different collection baskets according to the weight of the eggs.
Egg grading machine has reliable performance, convenient operation, high efficiency, and eggs are not easy to break during the grading process.
Technological Process
1. Egg collection It is directly connected to the central egg collection system of the farm, reducing manual handling damage and improving production efficiency.
2. LED light inspection The LED light inspection device is installed under the single row of rollers. When the eggs pass by the rollers, human eyes can detect through the light penetration to pick out damaged eggs, abnormal eggs, black hearts, moldy and other unqualified eggs;
3. U-turn Specially designed U-turn ensures perfect egg orientation, larger head (air chamber) faces up after eggs are automatically packed for longer storage
4. Grading and counting Color touch screen PLC electronic grading machine, with self-diagnosis function, can intelligently count the number of eggs of each grade in each class, and can also count the total number of eggs of each grade, the grading accuracy is ± 1 gram.
5. Entrustment & release Vertical feeding tray structure, many egg trays can be put in at a time, and one person can operate 2-3 feeding trays.
6. Loading The automatic loading program puts the eggs into the egg tray, and then manually collects the container and packs it from the conveyor to the tail.
7. Whole pallet inkjet printer The whole tray of eggs is sprayed with inkjet printer to trace the source, and the
