Product Introduction
Rotary screen is a brief name of rotary vibrating screen. Tianfeng rotary vibrating screen is a kind high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. It only takes 3-5 minutes to change the screen, and the replace of screen is quick and convenient. The screen adopts fully closed structure, and it can be used for screening and filtering of particles, powder, mucus and other materials. The rotary vibrating screen is excited by a vertical motor. The upper and the bottom of the motor are equipped with eccentric weights to convert the rotating motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then the motion will be conveyed to the screen surface. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper end and the lower end, the movement of the material on the screen surface can be changed very well.

Working Principle
The rotary vibration screen is excited by the unbalanced eccentric weights at the both ends of the vertical vibration motor shaft, or by the eccentric weights at the both ends of the vibrator carried by the ordinary motor. Due to the rotation of the drive motor, the vibrating part of the screen machine moves in three dimensions in the horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the movement track of the material on the screen surface can be changed to meet the best screening effect of various specific gravity materials. Adjusting the counterweight blocks of the upper and lower weights can achieve different excitation forces, so as to achieve better screening weight of materials with different specific gravity and different mesh numbers.
