  A:  3 years warranty for our cars. can provide free replacement parts.

       for each container, we will provide 2% free spare parts, including motors, chargers, batteries...

Q2: DO You have Licence letter for the licenced cars?

A: All our licensed cars have the license agreement, before delivery,

   we can provide product certification and licence letters to  clients.

Q3:What is your sample services?

A: The car have battery, it is not able to provide sample by express. 

     for new client, we can provide sample without battery, client buy battery at local market.  client just need pay 

     the express cost. 

     for long time cooperation clients, we can put the free sample in container.

Q4:Do you provide Inspection service.

A: Yes, CLient can choose third party inspection. 

     if no thirty party inspection, we will provide our company inspection for the orders.

     and provide inspection photos to clients before delivery. 

Q5:What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% Against B/L Copy.

     for samples, west union payment is ok.
