Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A:We are manufacture specialized in rubber and PVC boots for more than 20 years in Fuyang Zhejiang province, China.

Q:May I make our LOGO on it?

A:Yes, of course, we provide OEM/ODM service. We can put your logo on the shoes, and we also can make the shoes according to your design. If you like, you can tell us your idea, then we make the sample for the testing.  

Q:How can I know your quality?

A:Please feel free to contact us, we will send you some samples to check the quality before you place an order.

Q:May I order small quantity of shoes?

A:Different models have different MOQ. You'd better contact us to confirm. Sometimes if you want a small quantity of shoes: 1) We can suggest you some other models which have small MOQ;2) We can suggest you the shoes in stock;3) We may increase the FOB price based on small quantity;4) We can have a talk to solve the problem in a happy method.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

A:We accept the L/C, T/T, But normally 30% deposit before production and pay the balance upon copy of B/L. 

Q:When can you send me the shoes after my payment?

A:The delivery time is about 30-40 days after order confirmed. If there is going to have delivery delay,we will inform you the situation possible to occur in advance.
