3、Q: Can you design and develop new products according to customer's design concepts? If yes, how long will it take to accomplish prototype functional sample?
A: YES.We have outstanding R&D team, including cosmetic design, structure design, PCBA design and program design. Usually it will take only 10 to 12 work days to fulfil functional prototype sample. Golden sample can be confirmed before production.
4、Q: Do you have your own product patent? Will your products get involved in intellectual property infringements?
A: Up till now we have obtained more than 70 kinds of patent for our products. Before new product launching, our marketing staff will check with our intellectual service agent to check and minimize potential risk thereof regarding intellectual property.
5、Q: What international certifications do you have for your products?
A: We have CE,RoHS,ErP,Reach,FCC,UL,D.O.E,C-tick,PSE,KC certificates,depending on target markets.
6、Q: How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely？
A: We have ample production capacity, up to 60,000pcs per month. For each order, we can sign contracts with our customers to strictly fulfil timely delivery.
In case of delivery delay unexpectedly, we can return 1% of total order value amount for every week's late shipment.
7、Q: How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service ?
A: Design ability is one of our competitive strengths. Our engineer team can provide comprehensive design solution. OEM/ODM service is welcome too.
8、Q: Can I place one small order for first time to test the quality ?
A: Yes. If you are willing to pay shipping cost in advance or provide a payer account, we can consider to send you some samples free of charge.

Fujian, China.Our factory has passed ISO9001:2015 and BSCI.You can see our showroom, office, workshop,warehouse and other facilities.
