a, shaker door: MDF center board with birch wood door frame, with paint/stain or thermofoil surface finish ,

b, flat door:MDF base board, with paint/stain, thermofoil or melamine surface finish,

c, solid wood door: solid birch wood base board, with paint/stain surface finish.

Cabinet Box:

a, 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" plywood with wood veneer and paint/stain surface finish;

b, 16mm or 18mm particle board with melamine surface finish;

Drawer Box:

a, 5/8" Solid Birch wood finger jointed,

b, 5/8" Plywood,

C, 5/8" or 3/4" Particle board with melamine face

Shelves: 3/4" plywood with two edge banding, 3/4" particle board with four edge banding.

Hardware: soft closing and non soft closing; a, hinge: half overlay or full overlay; b, slide:side mounted or under mounted.

Construction:

a, plywood carcase: pocket screw assembling or metal clips assembling;

b, particle board carcase: cam lock with dowel.
