Product Details
Intended Use
This kit adopts the method of indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) to detect Sarafloxacin (SAR) in the sample such as Animal tissues (chicken, pork, fish, shrimp), honey, milk, milk powder and eggs.
Test Procedure & Result Read
Process the sample according to the instructions.
Add 50μL of standard or sample into each numbered well, then add 50μL of HRP conjugate per well.
Next, add 50μL of antibody solution into each well.
Cover with adhesive membrane, and incubate at 25°C in the dark for 45 minutes.
Discard the liquid from the wells. Add 350μL of working wash buffer per well, let stand for 30 seconds, then discard. Repeat the washing process 5 times.
Then pat dry the plate with the method in the instruction manual.
Add 50μL of substrate reagent A to each well, followed by 50μL of substrate reagent B. shake the plate gently.
Cover with adhesive membrane, and incubate at 25°C in the dark for 15 minutes.
Add 50μL of stop solution to each well and shake the plate gently.
Read OD value at 450nm .
