Company Profile




We are a three generation of olive oil makers, in the sector since 1922. Tenute Seidita extends over 100 hectares of land within 15000 Olive trees mainly Nocellara del Belice (Castelvetrano olive), located In the South west coast of Sicily. Among those 15000 trees, 30% are secular olive trees. Being a family business extreme attention to detail and full dedication have been our foundations. We look after the entire production chain, from hand-harvesting our olive trees between end of September till November, to process and transform the olives within 12 hours since the have been harvested, into extra virgin olive oil and olives in our factory. Package happens only when there is a request, to make sure clients get a fresh product and the shelf life starts from that moment. We do only cold press, and natural decantation, we really aim to offer an authentic and high quality extra virgin olive oil, while our olives are naturally made with salt and water. Among our BIO, HACCP, PGI certifications we have also the Kosher (KLBD) Certification as well as Slow food Presidium.
