Product Description
refers to laminating thin surface material on one or both sides of PVC foam board. We laminate the surface material on the PVC foam board to get a more beautiful decoration, or to enhance its performance, while adding optionality to meet different application needs.
It is suitable for any interior decoration, the most popular applications are wall panels and furniture, including kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wine cabinets, etc.
Product Details
PVC foam board laminate consists of three parts: substrate, surface material and glue.
Substrate
Substrate options are PVC foam board and WPC foam board. The thickness range suitable for lamination is 5mm to 30mm. The ideal density is 0.5g/cm3 and above. The surface of the substrate can be the common smooth surface, or it can be sanded to get a better fit.
Surface Material
Common surface materials are PVC film, high pressure laminate (HPL), aluminum sheet or film, acrylic and PET sheet. Different surface materials have their own advantages and disadvantages. There are more styles of PVC film and the price is affordable, while the scratch resistance and flame retardancy are not as good as HPL. Both PVC film and HPL with a smooth surface are not as glossy and high hardness as acrylic.

Texture
The texture of the surface material is both visible and tactile. Take HPL's texture as an example, it can be glossy, matte, silky, wood grain, leather. The wood grain texture can also come in many different styles.
