White-Color-Varnish One pass Printing

Acetek C180 adopts a unique printing control algorithm to have one pass printing for white, color and varnish. Printing and curing are finished at the same time.

Acetek C180 supports white, color, varnish, white+color, white+varnish, color+white+color+varnish, white+white+color, white+white+color+varnish and other color combination, can meet various kinds of personalized printing needs. The setting is simple and easy-to-use.  

Seven-axis servo/step-forward

Up to 7 movement shafts (servo/motion) are used to easily complete the feeding, printing, delivery, cleaning, feeding adjustment and other functions, greatly simplify the operation. 

 Inkjet head protection mechanism

Adopting four kinds of protection mechanisms including mechanical anti-collision mechanism, correlation anti-collision mechanism, material detection mechanism, and LED-UV leakage detection mechanism, so as to protect the inkjet head from damage, greatly improve the life of the inkjet head and simplify the operation.

Stand-by function

Equipped with stand-by function, the machine can keep the nozzle cleaning parts working under the normal shutdown condition, which saves energy consumption and protects the nozzle. It is environmental friendly and energy saving.
