Product Description
UHT plate sterilizer
It is designed for continuous sterilization for milk, fruit juice, soy milk, tea drinks and similar products. If it is linked with
aseptic filling equipment, it can be used for production of products with a shelf life of 3 to 5 months. It can also be connected
with machines such as separator, degasser and flash vaporizer. The output of this sterilizer is mainly regulated by the flow
controller in the feed system. Since materials are both heated and cooled in the heat recovery section of the plate heat
exchanger, the heat recovery rate can reach above 90%.
This sterilizer can automatically control heating and sterilizing temperature of materials, and can record temperature on a
continuous basis. Unqualified material will be re-processed in this sterilizer before they are discharged.
This sterilizer has many advantages, such as high heat exchange efficiency, stable and reliable operation, being easy to
operate,clean and maintain, long service life, compact structure, and small floor space.
