Product Description
Power Smith Machine with Dual System
The three inclinations of the bench (one horizontal and two declined to 9 and 18) allow to reproduce the typical movement of the
horizontal and declined bench press ensuring stimulation of the major muscle bundle of the pectorals. The load curve ensures a
constant resistance throughout the R.O.M. By changing the inclination of the bench with the gas assisted backrest it is possible
to focus on:
* The sternum-rib beams of the grand pectoralis, triceps, and front deltoid (horizontal – flat)
* The abdominal bundles of the grand pectoralis, triceps, and anterior deltoid (declined)
The independent handles allow the limbs to move both contemporary and alternating to offer a correct and uniform development of
the right and left portion of the muscle bundles. The design of the machine combined with that of the bench offer maximum safety
for the user even under high loads. The standard equipment also includes hooks to which you can apply elastic bands for training.
