A: We usually quote within 24 hours after got your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q3: Can I get a sample for testing ?
A: Certainly, free samples can be sent, but shipping cost will be on your charge.
Q4: What’s the lead time please?
A: 3-7 working days for samples, 30-45 days for bulk orders, it can be negotiated.
Q5: What certificates have you have?
A: We have ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, EN71, ASTM ,BSCI, FSC, SEDEX, etc.
Q6: Can I custom the logo on the products?
A: of course,OEM and ODM are available.But please send us the artwork of your design, as well as the trademark authorization letter.
Q7: Did you test the product before shipping?
A: Before shipment, we will conduct quality inspection on the products to strictly control the product quality.
Q8: Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?
A: Of course, you are very welcome to visit our factory, our factory is located in Changshu, Jiangsu,( 1.5 hours drive from Shanghai )
Before visiting, please inform our salesman in advance, we can pick you up at the train station or the airport.
Q9: How can i get the after-service?
A: Our after-sales team will be online 24 hours, if you have any questions, you can contact us at any time.
