Brief Information | KangarooSci ® Aerobic bacillus Count Plate contains special nutrients, a cold-water-soluble gelling agent, indicator and selective inhibitor. Special nutrients offer nutrients for the microbial growth, cold-water-soluble gelling agent is coagulator of the culture medium, indicator facilitates colony enumeration. Color indicator will turn red or other colors when colony grows to certain amount. The plate can then be counted by software or eye. |
