Through-type Spray Cleaning Machine
The cleaning process of through-type spray cleaning machine is controlled by PLC programmable device. The equipment production line is composed of 8 master stations, which includes 1 loading/unloading station, 1 roughing-spray cleaning station, 1 ultrasonic cleaning station, 1 robot high-pressure cleaning station, 2 spray rinsing stations, 1 compressed air cutting + hot air drying station, 1 vacuum drying station, 1 cooling station (can accommodate 2 pallets and 4 products) and rotary conveying roller table.
The working principle is to wash the parts through the stepping fixed-point spray, combined with the high-efficiency anionic surface decontamination and oil removal ability of the cleaning agent, so that the workpiece can meet the requirements of high cleanliness.
